ABOUT EXHIBITION

中国国际警用装备博览会（下简称"警博会"）是公安部主办的国际性警用装备展示平台。 在部党委高度重视以及部相关业务局指导支持下，成功举办了八届，已发展成为中国警用规模最大最具权威性的展会。同时也为相关科研机构、企业提供了一个展示和交流的警用装备新技术、新产品、新动态的高端平台，为推动我国警用装备行业发展发挥了重要作用。

"警博会"自2002 年成功举办以来，吸引了来自几十个国家的数千个参展单位和近20万嘉宾， 展览面积从最初的0.9 万平方米逐年递增至2014年的3.7 万平方米。展出形式也从最初的单一展示扩展到包括学术论坛、产品推介交流等在内的多元模式。

China International Exhibition on Police Equipment is the only event authorized by the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China and has been successfully hosted eight times. It plays a vital role in promoting the development of Chinese police equipment industry and advancing the modernization level. It has become well known and is the most authoritative platform in China’s public security sector. Exhibitions have attracted considerable domestic and worldwide attention among public security, the procuratorate and courts of Justice, serving these as the best procurement and cooperation platform in China.

About us

湖南中泰特种装备有限责任公司成立于2001年3月，位于湖南临澧经济开发区，占地面积350000m2，资产总额约3亿元，是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业。公司现有员工500多人，专业技术人员180人，专家38人。公司建有科研所和博士后科研工作站，拥有一个强大的研发团队。主要从事高性能纤维及其系列产品的研制、开发、生产和销售。

公司率先产业化生产高强高模聚乙烯（UHMWPE）纤维(3000吨/年)、无纬布（UD）（2000吨/年）、防弹衣、防弹防刺服（60万件/年）、防弹板（60万块/年）、防弹头盔（30万顶/年）、防切割手套（20万双/年）、缆绳（500吨/年）等系列产品，并完全具有自主知识产权，获国家科技进步二等奖。先后被国家科技部等五部局确定为国家重点新产品。公司是原解放军总后勤部军需装备研究所科研实验生产基地，是公安部警用防弹衣和防弹防刺服定点生产企业。国家国民经济动员办公室批准公司建立“国家特种防护装备动员中心”。中泰公司将继续以高强高模聚乙烯纤维研发为基础，集中投入，重点开发，快速推进，建成国内最完整的高强高模聚乙烯纤维及其系列产品的高技术产业化示范企业，在先进复合材料领域争创国际一流品牌。

Hunan Zhongtai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in March 2001. It is located in Linli Economic Development Zone, Hunan, with 350,000 square meters floor space and total assets of approximately RMB 300 million. It is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan. The company has more than 500 employees, 180 professional and technical personnel and 38 experts It specializes in research and development, manufacture, and marketing of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, and its related safety protection products.

We have a professional research group consisted of a research institute and a post-doctoral research center, with their dedicated effort, we take a lead in industrialized production of UHMWPE fibre (3,000t/a), unidirectional fabric(UD)(2,000t/a), bullet proof vests (600,000pcs/a), bulletproof and anti-stab vests (600,000pcs/a), bullet proof plates (300,000pcs/a), bullet proof helmets (300,000pcs/a), anti-cut gloves (200,000pcs/a), high strength ropes (500t/a) and other related products. For all these products, we pride on possessing our own independent intellectual property rights, and they all have been passed the tests of Testing Centre For Quality of Special Police Equipments under the Ministry of Public Security of P.R.CHINA, China Textile Testing Centre (CTTC), American H.P. White Laboratory and other qualified testing agencies. In the future, it is for sure that we will continue to develop and improve, providing our customers with more satisfactory products and service.

超高分子量聚乙烯纤维系列

UHMWPE fiber

中泰ZTX系列超高分子量聚乙烯纤维，具有高结晶度，不含易于和化学药剂发生反应的化学基团，因此耐水、耐湿、耐化学腐蚀、耐紫外线、耐酸碱；且具有优异的耐磨性，不仅有高模量，而且柔软，有较长的挠曲寿命。

HNZT ZTX series UHMWPE colored fiber has high degree of crytallinity, it is absence of active reagents, making it retarded with chemical reactions. It is anti-corrosion, resistant to UV light, acid, alkali and moisture. What‘s more, it possesses high modulus, yet soft and has long flex life.

连续式无纬布系列

Continuous UD fabric

中泰连续宽幅无纬布系列（ZT160、ZT161、ZT75）是采用ZTX系列超高分子量聚乙烯纤维，使用特殊的粘合剂，经独特工艺制成，它具有强度高、模量高等特性。广泛应用于防弹衣、防弹防刺服、防弹装甲板等。

ZT series continuous unidirectional (UD) fabric (type ZT160, ZT161, ZT75) are manufactured with our ZTX series UHMWPE fiber, with special adhesive and unique techniques. The UD fabric has high strength and high modulus, and that resistant to corrosion, acid,etc. Therefore it can be widely applied to bulletproof products, ballistic and anti-stab products, armor plates, etc.

防弹衣

Bulletproof vest

中泰FDY防弹衣采用ZTX系列超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制成的连续式无纬布为核心材料。具有防弹性能优良，柔软舒适，轻便合身，易于穿脱等特点。

FDY series bulletproof vests are manufactured with ZTX series ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. With excellent anti-elastic properties, soft and comfortable, lightweight fit, easy to wear off and so on.

防弹头盔

Bulletproof helmet

防弹头盔通常用于防子弹或破片。实验表明，采用ZTX系列超高分子量聚乙烯纤维或芳纶纤维压制的防弹头盔效果甚佳。这类头盔质量轻，耐紫外线，湿气对其影响可忽略。

Bulletproof helmets are generally used to prevent bullets and shrapnels, and experiments show that ballistic helmets, which are made from ZTX series UHMWPE fiber and thermoplastic resin matrix, can provide excellent protection. This kind of helmets is anti-UV light and could alleviate influence of moisture.

防弹板

中泰FDB系列防弹板是采用中泰无纬布，根据防护等级的要求，经特殊工艺制成。它具有拆装方便，防弹比吸能值高等特点，产品广泛用于各种防弹车、装甲车、舰艇及人体防护。

HNZT FDB series bulletproof plate is manufactured with ZT series UD fabric, by adopting special techniques, various protection levels can be achieved. The ballistic plates have high capacity of energy absorption and they are conveniently to equip or disassemble, thus they can widely applied to armor vehicles, vessels and body protection.

中泰FDP系列防弹盾牌是采用ZT系列无纬布经特殊工艺制作而成。产品具有轻便灵活、综合防弹性能好、防弹级别高等显著特点，且装备有防弹玻璃观察孔。它具有拆装方便，防弹比吸能值高等特点，盾牌可广泛用于保卫、押运、防暴、维和。

FDP series bulletproof shield is made of ZT series UD fabric, with special heat pressing techniques, it can be widely applied in civilian law enforcement, public security and riot control.

防爆毯

Explosion-proof blanket

中泰FBT-ZT01型防爆毯是一种由UHMWPE材料加工而成，能有效减少爆炸物爆炸时所产生的冲击波和破片对周围的人和物造成伤害的临时防护装置，一般由盖毯和围栏组成。可适用于银行、保安押运、地铁、车站、机场、商场、酒店、影剧院、体育馆等人员密集的大型公共场所。

FBT-ZT01 explosion-proof blankets are manufactured by UHMWPE material and generally composed of blanket and fence. They can effectively suppress the blast fragmentation from explosion, to avoid or reduce the damage of people around, valuable instruments and special public place. They are mainly used in personnel intensive large scale public places: banks, security escort, subway, railway stations, airports, shopping mails, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, etc.
